ORANGE COUNTY · CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLATION
Christmas light installation in Horizon West, FL
Horizon West is Orange County's newest planned district, west of the parks, with villages, trails and tile roofs throughout.
- Crews installing through Hamlin, Summerlake, Waterleigh and the streets around them.
- HOA-approved designs for Orlando-area communities.
- Two-storey facades and tall entries installed from the ground.
HORIZON WEST IN DETAIL
New villages and association rules
Every village has its own design guidelines, so the display description is drafted first and the install follows it exactly — which is also what keeps approval quick.
Tile roofs throughout, non-penetrating mounts, soft-tie palm wraps and timer power from one outlet.
- HOA display descriptions written to match what goes up.
- Roofline, gable and window lighting for two-storey facades.
- Rental turns: install before guests, remove after check-out.
- Timer power, storage and re-install between seasons.

WHAT HORIZON WEST HOMEOWNERS ASK FIRST
Holiday lighting in Horizon West — Orange County standards
HOA-first planning
Most Orange County neighborhoods review holiday displays. We write the description for the ARC submission and install exactly what was approved.
Short-term rentals
Vacation homes get the display up before the first December booking, serviced during the stays and removed after the last check-out.
Metro scheduling
Greater Orlando work is scheduled by neighborhood to keep crews close, which is why the earliest dates fill first.
Weeknights and weekends
Install dates are set with you, including evenings if that's easier, and we text before arrival so tenants or guests aren't surprised.

WHAT WE INSTALL
What we hang in Orange County
Greater Orlando mixes tile-roof subdivisions, tall Mediterranean entries and newer builds with covered lanais, so the display is designed per elevation rather than from a standard kit.
Vacation-rental properties usually want the street elevation and the entry lit warmly, with the pool deck and lanai added on the same timer.
- Roofline, gable and eave tracing.
- Entry, column and door garland with lit wreaths.
- Palm wrapping and landscape accents.
- Lanai, pool deck and patio string lighting.

HORIZON WEST QUESTIONS
Holiday lighting questions in Horizon West
Do the Horizon West villages require approval?
Most do — we write the description to the village standard, so what's approved is what we hang.
Will the HOA approve our display?
We write the submission to match what we install — colors, areas lit, mounting method — so approval and installation line up. If the association has its own form, send it with the request.
Can you install at a rental between guests?
Yes. Give us the check-out and check-in times and we'll work inside that window, then return for service and final removal after the last booking.
How busy does December get in Orlando?
Very. November dates go first, and by the start of December we're usually servicing rather than installing. Earlier requests get better weeks.
