ORANGE COUNTY · CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLATION
Christmas light installation in Orlando, FL
Orlando is a city of neighborhoods, and a display that suits College Park won't suit Lake Nona — the design follows the block.
- Crews installing through College Park, Thornton Park, Baldwin Park and the streets around them.
- HOA-approved designs for Orlando-area communities.
- Two-storey facades and tall entries installed from the ground.
ORLANDO IN DETAIL
Neighborhood by neighborhood
From the brick streets of College Park and the bungalows of Thornton Park to the tile-roof new builds in Lake Nona and Baldwin Park, the architecture changes every few miles.
Tile roofs in the newer neighborhoods, shingle and metal around the older downtown blocks, with association descriptions prepared wherever they're required.
- HOA display descriptions written to match what goes up.
- Roofline, gable and window lighting for two-storey facades.
- Rental turns: install before guests, remove after check-out.
- Timer power, storage and re-install between seasons.
LOCAL CONDITIONS
Roofs, associations and commercial work in Orlando
How a display is specified here depends on the roof under it, who signs off on it, and whether the address is a home or a business. This is what we plan for on Orlando blocks.
ROOF TYPE & MOUNTING
Tile roofs in the newer neighborhoods, shingle and metal around the older downtown blocks.
HOA & ASSOCIATION SIGN-OFF
College Park and Thornton Park are largely owner-signed; the newer neighborhoods review through an ARC.
COMMERCIAL & MULTI-UNIT WORK
Downtown storefronts, the Mills 50 and Ivanhoe strips, and the Lake Nona town center, off-hours.

WHAT ORLANDO HOMEOWNERS ASK FIRST
Holiday lighting in Orlando — Orange County standards
HOA-first planning
Most Orange County neighborhoods review holiday displays. We write the description for the ARC submission and install exactly what was approved.
Short-term rentals
Vacation homes get the display up before the first December booking, serviced during the stays and removed after the last check-out.
Metro scheduling
Greater Orlando work is scheduled by neighborhood to keep crews close, which is why the earliest dates fill first.
Weeknights and weekends
Install dates are set with you, including evenings if that's easier, and we text before arrival so tenants or guests aren't surprised.

WHAT WE INSTALL
What we hang in Orange County
Greater Orlando mixes tile-roof subdivisions, tall Mediterranean entries and newer builds with covered lanais, so the display is designed per elevation rather than from a standard kit.
Vacation-rental properties usually want the street elevation and the entry lit warmly, with the pool deck and lanai added on the same timer.
- Roofline, gable and eave tracing.
- Entry, column and door garland with lit wreaths.
- Palm wrapping and landscape accents.
- Lanai, pool deck and patio string lighting.

ORLANDO QUESTIONS
Holiday lighting questions in Orlando
Do you install in downtown Orlando's older neighborhoods?
Often — Thornton Park, College Park and Delaney Park homes get clamps on gutters and railings, padding on painted trim, and no fasteners in original woodwork.
Will the HOA approve our display?
We write the submission to match what we install — colors, areas lit, mounting method — so approval and installation line up. If the association has its own form, send it with the request.
Can you install at a rental between guests?
Yes. Give us the check-out and check-in times and we'll work inside that window, then return for service and final removal after the last booking.
How busy does December get in Orlando?
Very. November dates go first, and by the start of December we're usually servicing rather than installing. Earlier requests get better weeks.
