Can you light the palms, not just the roofline?
Yes — palm wrapping is one of the things we do most in Sarasota. Trunks are wrapped evenly up to the crown, and we use soft ties so nothing cuts into the trunk. Tall palms get rigged properly rather than climbed free-hand.
We rent our place out — can you work around guests?
That's normal for us. Send your booking calendar when you request the estimate and we'll set the install and removal dates around it, with a mid-season service visit in between so nothing is dark during a stay.
Does our condo association have to approve it?
Usually yes, and that's fine. Tell us the building when you ask for your estimate and we'll work to whatever the association or management company requires — railing mounts only, timer power, no drilling into the facade.
How far ahead do Sarasota dates book up?
Sarasota fills earlier than anywhere else we work because of the rentals — late September and October are when the good December dates go. Asking early costs nothing and holds the week you want.
