COMMERCIAL HOLIDAY LIGHTING · FLORIDA

Commercial Christmas light installation in Florida

One plaza or forty properties, the job is the same on paper: a survey, a written proposal per site, insured crews working off-hours, maintenance through December and a takedown date you can put in a calendar.

  • Multi-site programs with one contact, one schedule and one invoice.
  • Insured crews — certificates of insurance issued to your property manager.
  • Off-hours installs, so tenants and customers never see a ladder.

WHAT PROPERTY MANAGERS ASK US FIRST

Built for portfolios, paperwork and December

Commercial lighting is judged on the least glamorous parts: who is insured, who answers in December, and who takes it all down on the agreed date.

One program, many sites

Send a portfolio list and we'll survey each property, return a proposal per site and roll the installs out in a sequence that fits your calendar rather than ours.

Insured and documented

Certificates of insurance issued to the property manager or owner before a truck arrives, a named contact for every site, and photos of what was installed.

Installed off-hours

Retail centers, restaurants and medical offices get installed before opening or after close. Crews leave nothing behind — no trash, no ladders propped against tenant walls.

Maintained all season

Anything we installed is ours to fix. A dark section reported by email or text goes on the service route with commercial-grade replacement stock already on the truck.

HOW A COMMERCIAL PROGRAM WORKS

Survey, proposal, install, maintain, remove — per site

Commercial lighting goes sideways when it's sold as a favor instead of run as a program. Ours runs in the same order every time: we survey the property (or review photos and a site plan for out-of-state owners), return a written proposal broken down by building and feature, install off-hours, service through the season, and remove on an agreed date.

For multi-site portfolios we build the sequence around your operations — anchor properties first, then the smaller centers — and keep one point of contact for every site so nobody is chasing three phone numbers in December.

Everything is commercial grade: LED strings and harnesses built for repeated seasons, commercial timers and photocells, sealed junctions, and hardware rated for salt air on the coast and UV inland.

  • Written proposal per property, broken down by building and feature.
  • General liability certificate and a named site contact before install.
  • Off-hours installation: before opening or after close.
  • Commercial-grade strings, harnesses, timers and sealed junctions.
  • Mid-season maintenance with replacement stock on the truck.
  • Scheduled takedown and storage, with next season's quote before you forget it.

Property types we install

A few of the properties we quote most often across Florida — each one lit so it reads from the road, the parking lot and the front door.

Resort and hotel entrances: porte-cochère, palms and fascia lighting on one circuit.
Restaurant patios and sidewalk retail: fascia lighting plus bistro string lights.
Showrooms and professional offices: parapet and roofline lighting that reads from the road.

PROPERTY MANAGER FAQ

The five questions we get on every commercial bid

Do you carry insurance for our property?

Yes. A certificate of insurance is issued to the property manager or owner before work starts, and every crew member is covered. Send us the required limits and certificate holder during quoting and it's handled with the proposal.

Can you install without disrupting our tenants?

That's the standard. Installs happen before opening or after close, and we work building by building so no tenant's frontage is out of service during business hours.

How do you price multiple sites?

Per property, broken down by building and feature, so you can approve the whole portfolio or phase it over two seasons. Invoicing follows the same structure — one invoice per site, or consolidated against a purchase order reference.

Who stores the displays between seasons?

We do. Commercial displays are labeled by site, stored, and quality-checked before the next season, which is why year two costs less than year one.

What happens if a section goes dark in December?

Report it once — email or text — and it goes on the service route. We carry replacement stock for commercial strings and harnesses, so most repairs are finished on the first visit.
