CHARLOTTE COUNTY · CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLATION

Christmas light installation in Port Charlotte, FL

Port Charlotte is the heart of the county, built around a 55-mile canal system with homes on both banks.

  • Crews installing through Port Charlotte canals, Murdoch, Deep Creek and the streets around them.
  • New-build and canal-front installs across the county.
  • Canal, dock and seawall lighting on the same timer.

PORT CHARLOTTE IN DETAIL

Canal-front living on the waterway grid

Most properties sit on or near a canal, so displays get planned twice: the street elevation, and the dock and seawall side a boat sees coming in.

Tile and shingle roofs with marine-rated hardware, and dock rails, lifts and seawall lighting on the house timer.

  • Non-penetrating mounts on tile, shingle and metal roofs.
  • Dock rail, seawall and canal-front lighting.
  • Lanai and pool cage lighting on one timer.
  • Scheduled takedown, storage and re-install.

WHAT PORT CHARLOTTE HOMEOWNERS ASK FIRST

Holiday lighting in Port Charlotte — Charlotte County standards

Canal-front lighting

Port Charlotte's canal network and Punta Gorda Isles both read from the water, so dock rails, seawall edges and the palms facing the canal get lit with the house.

New builds and season homes

Charlotte has a lot of newer tile-roof houses and seasonal residents. Both get non-penetrating mounts, timer power and a firm install date before they arrive.

Installed before you land

If you're only here for the season, we can install before you arrive and send photos when it's up — no waiting on site for a crew.

Book with your travel dates

Tell us when you arrive and when you leave the state, and we'll fit install and takedown around those dates.

WHAT WE INSTALL

What we hang in Charlotte County

Most Charlotte County displays start at the street and finish at the water: a clean roofline and entry on the front elevation, then dock posts, seawall rails and the canal-facing palms on the same timer.

Seasonal homeowners usually want the display up before they arrive, which is why so much of our Charlotte work is scheduled by date rather than by visit.

  • Roofline, eave and gable tracing.
  • Entry, porch and column garland with lit wreaths.
  • Palm wrapping and landscape accents.
  • Dock post, seawall and pool cage lighting.

PORT CHARLOTTE QUESTIONS

Holiday lighting questions in Port Charlotte

Do you install dock and lift lighting as well?

Yes — that's most of our canal-front work here: dock rails, boat lifts and seawall edges on the same timer as the house.

We're only in Florida for the season — can you handle everything?

Yes. We install before you arrive, send photos once it's up, service it through December and remove it after you head north. Storage is included.

Do you light canal-front docks and seawalls?

That's common work here. Dock rails, seawall edges and the palms facing the canal run on the same timer as the house, with sealed connections on the water side.

Do new-build homes need anything different?

Mostly better hardware than the builder installed. We add non-penetrating mounts on tile or shingle, route wire away from soffits and use a timer rather than a switched outlet.
